I initially applied online. Their application process and system isn't the easiest to use and I was only parroting what I'd put on my resume and cover letter. 3 weeks after I applied I was called to schedule a phone interview. This interview was not with the office that was doing the hiring, rather another office in another state. The interview only covers your education and work experience that applies to the job you applied for. After that I was called to schedule an in person interview with the hiring managers for the facility the job was in. The interview was really the hiring managers following a script and not a real interview. My responses to situational questions had to be answered in a specific way and then my answers were graded.

Straight forward and organic conversation. Everyone is really friendly and curious to know about career background. I had a good experience, no complaints. In addition to this a tour of the workplace was conducted to see if it would be a good fit.
