The shortlisting process was delayed by two weeks. I was invited to an interview with a week's notice. During that time, I was tasked with preparing a 15-min presentation to deliver on the day of the interview.
It was harder to prep for the interview as the job description was not written for people outside the organisation and gave very little understanding as to what the actual day-to-day work would look like. Instead it consisted in vague buzzwordy bullet points such as 'Coordinate and deliver strategic priorities'.
The interview itself was straightforward and the panel was nice and welcoming.
I received detailed and personalised feedback about my interview just a few days later, which is always appreciated.
