The interview process was straightforward and consisted of 2 separate interviews that were based on previous experience and situations. Interview was completed by 2 separate managers and on-boarding followed this.

One round of interview followed by a background check. I interviewed with a retail manager. Got an email two days later saying that I have to do a background check. Was called by the store manager two weeks after and was offered the job.
