Applied online submitting references and writing samples. Was selected for a phone interview with the head of the team to which I was applying. Flew in for an in-person interview and received an offer a few days later.

Entretien
They reached out 2 weeks after my application. The first interview was a panel interview and it went very well. For the second part, they wanted a timed writing assignment. The last step was an interview with the director.
