The first interview was less than 5 minutes, asking basically just about who I was as a person. Second one was a little more formal - but then they started talking about the path for promotions and pay... It all felt really sketchy. I was asked if I would be interested in a day to shadow, which I said sure - I mean, I'm looking for a job, so why not? The interviewer left and her manager came in super aggressive and asked if I wanted the position. I asked for a day to think it over and was told that they are hiring now and needed to know immediately. It all felt a little scammy and like a pyramid scheme. Less than 2 years to become a partner? Give me a break...
