I emailed my resume to an online job posting. I was selected for an interview and we were scheduled for a group interview where we got to know not only the interview but the other people on the panel. A verbal pop quiz was also administered to see how well we knew each other's names and stories.
Very easy interview, the two men that interviewed me were great very nice fun and easy to talk to. They had a great sense of humor and it seemed that they also were looking for employees with similar traits as them.

Laid Back, the manager interviewing me just wanted to make sure I could do the job and be on time. Over all pretty easy I would say. You know it's just Freebirds
