J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FreeUp (Orlando, FL) en sept. 2016
Entretien
The process took a few days, but I now realize that it;s because of the great volume of applications that the marketplace gets. It was 3 stages and clearly set out the network's priorities. The scheduler was confusing and the interviewer was late for one interview, which I was not happy about, but I'm glad I saw it through despite that hiccup. After the last interview there was a test and I got the results a few days later. The best thing is that there's no cheating on this one - either you have what it takes or you don't. They will find out. It keeps candidates honest and keeps the marketplace clean.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez FreeUp
Entretien
After transitioning out of full-time work, I was nervous to jump into freelancing, but a friend suggested FreeeUp and I decided to give it a go. The interview process was smooth and efficient. There are 3 parts and communication is solid along the way. Once you make it to the one-on-one round (via Skype), you'll be asked about your specific skillset, interests, rate, and experience. While the interview was fairly short, I felt they asked the right questions to appropriately vet average candidates from the all-stars they seek.
