Computerized, multi step, searching for a personality type that's easily abused by customers and management team. Not conducive to a healthy work environment. Management additionally seeks this out and does not allow for independent thinkers to stay past their 90 days. Most are hired a steps to be filtered through.

It was a really positive experience and informative. The hiring manager was organized and professional. The interview was about 20 minutes virtually with the option for in person. They seemed amenable to working through individual needs.
It was what I expected. They were very helpful and friendly. They explained what I would be doing on the job and we went over the amount of hours I could work.

Entretien
Face to face, minimal questions about my experience and history. It was very easy I would recommend them to anyone. Sometimes I've gotten difficult interviews from them. They wanted to know my reference history also.
