I went to one of their Hiring Events and interviewed by one of the Dept. Manager. It was relax and usual interview questions. Asked about my availability. After 2 weeks, I went for a second interview with the HR Manager. Waited for 15mins, pretty busy that day. Overall experience was very good.

wear business casual, the interview was simple basic interview questions like "why did you want this job." or " what is something you were proud of in your job." depends on where, there might be more people intervewing you depending on store location too.

The interviewer was nice and respectful. The atmosphere was comfortable and respectful. Interviewed one-on-one in public space (in the starbucks table inside) so kinda easy to distract but questions was as expected.
