Three rounds of interview all in one day. HR, HR Director, CRE Director. It's okay, they were pretty direct and wouldn't feel like they withhold information from you. No matter what background or qualification, pretty much the same standard pay and negotiation. Just some general behavioral questions and experience related to work.
