Entretien
The interview process involved situational questions and a case study. However, the panel were not able to fluently describe the case study situation properly. Thus it was very confusing with lots of missing information. Additionally some panel members only had 3years of work experience and were interviewing a candidate with 10+ years. A dreadful experience lead by pure incompetence. But a sterling example of why medical services in BC are so pathetic.
