the interview was with the director of drug and alcohol the director of probation and 2 supervisors from each department. The interview was basic questions regarding past experience and salary requirements, strengths, weaknesses, etc.

Panel interview with 2-3 people. 6-10 behavioral and/or situational questions and time to ask questions. Lasts approximately 30 minutes. Questions seem to be a designed to gauge how well you can comply with policy and your willingness to learn.
