Entretien
Interview process was very fast (~2 weeks from interview 1 to offer), first interview is 30 minutes with a university recruiter and the second one is an hour split into two sections with an associate and a partner, one from audit and one from tax. Come in prepared with your tell me about yourself, lots of information about the company, and more questions than you think you'll need. Also, be ready to give a compelling answer to "why accounting", particularly in the second stage interviews.

Entretien
The interview process was very casual for Frank Rimerman. I had two 30 minute interviews back to back. The first interview was with a recruiter, and we mostly talked about why I'm interested in the position and about my background. Then the second interview was with a partner, and he asked me a little about myself and then gave me the opportunity to ask him questions.
