The initial contact was pleasant to set up the interview. They worked with my schedule well. The actual interview was with two individuals. Interview itself was standard and went as expected...no. However, I never received any notification after that I was not selected. Personally, out of courtesy, I think that companies should contact interviewer wither way. I think it just reflects well on that institution and their value on their employees.
