I applied online earlier this year and was invited for an interview. The interview was really smooth and chill, with two artists and a recruiter present. They were interested in learning more about my background, personality, and, of course, my personal work.

Interview with superviors in the department that i would be working in. They focused on my work, especially asking about the time spent with each project. Everyone was very welcoming, I assume that they were considerate of me being a student.

Informal interview, very friendly and open to discussion. They just asked some questions about my work and got a general vibe. Research the company before-hand, be friendly, and help steer the conversation.
