I applied online through the Fragomen website. A few weeks later, a recruiter emailed me to set up a phone call to talk more about the opportunity. Another (more senior) recruiter followed up to schedule a WebEx interview with a partner and two senior associates. The interview lasted ~20 minutes, and it was pretty casual. I had applied for a contract attorney position and during the interview, the partner asked if I were interested in a permanent, full-time associate position. A couple hours after the video interview, the senior recruiter called me to offer the permanent associate position. Each person I encountered during the application/interview process was friendly and encouraging.

3 rounds of interviews. On the last one, the first half of the interview, nobody showed up. It was pretty unprofessional and they ghosted me completely at the end. Otherwise, the attorneys were pretty upfront and pleasent.
