I applied through an online portal. The HR sent me a test link, clearly stating that my profile was suitable for the position. I passed the test and was waiting for an interview after filling the form that they had sent. After a week, I received an email that I don't have enough experience. It is a skill-based job. I wonder how years of experience plays a role here!
I wonder what the HR inferred from my profile when he/she saw it and meant by 'suitable'. Waited for a week for this. Absolutely gutted!

3 level interview. 2 technical rounds & 1 fitment round. They don't just test your technical skills, but rather your competency & way of thinking & handling projects. One of the best interviews i have ever faced.

The interview process had three rounds: HR, Online assessment, technical, and senior management. It was completed over a period of more than one month, involving detailed evaluations at each stage.

It was the most unique interview for me to date! There were 3 rounds for this role:- 1. Technical Interview 2. Case study round 3.HR round
After clearing all the rounds, and submitting the documents, I was told the role went on hold just a day after completing the process.
God knows what the real reason was, but disappointing experience.
