Did an online test, called the next day to set up the second interview. Never heard back, despite being told I would, I even emailed and called. Quite disappointing.

First we were about 35-40 people then split into 2, given a presentation, made to introduce yourself and then taken off to do 2 group tasks(if you aren’t shouting at this point just know they’ve already decided you aren’t fit for the job) then you’re made to wait an hour in the cold whilst you wait to find out if it’s yes or no for the 1-1 interview with a director. Very premeditated selection process in my opinion. I was in the group of about 25 that were sent home and when I looked around we were all black and asian minorities bar 1 or 2 and 1 guy with epilepsy. It was an unfair selection process and I never want anything to do with this company again. 3.5hours I’ll never get back again!

Submitted application, called to attend an assessment day at their headoffice. Was told on the phone there will be around 10/15 other people attending however there was 65. Got sent home after the assessment as they said I did not pass. Got a call the next day saying I was sent home by accident and that they would like to interview me. Didn’t get the job as they said I didn’t sound interested.
