The interview process consisted of three interviews: - a phone conversation with the recruiter which involved a review of the position and my background and experience. - a video call with the engineering VP - a video call technical interview with several engineers

The HR Recruiter contacted me and said Foxen had an open position for a Senior Software Engineer. After the initial phone screen, they set up a Zoom call with 2 of their team leads. They asked insightful, thought-provoking questions and were very professional. I was invited to tour their office. The office itself is beautiful. I then enjoyed an interview with the other developers on my team. Both were gregarious and very easy to get along with. Next I met with the Team Manager. Again, we had an instant rapport. Finally I met with the Director of IT, who explained Foxen's vision for the next few years, and I was sold immediately. All in all, this was one of the most wonderful experiences I have had interviewing with a company!
