The interview process began with a quick phone interview, followed by a phone interview and then a pair of in-person interviews.The second interview was over lunch and actually involved few questions and more discussion of the company. Both in-person interviews were conducted by a pair of employees; the hiring manager and the lead of the Engineering team.
