The interviews were overtly thorough. There was a tendency for over redundant questioning. Multiple layers of management will ask you the same questions without communicating amongst their ranks. It appeared during the final interview that none of my former interviews even mattered.

FRC is all about meeting their qualification for "FRC culture". The FRC motto is, "Great Hospitality Every Time." This dictates the interview process, so remember to stay guest focused and respond as such.
