There were two different Interviews, including one formal and one with a tour. The formal one is to check your work history and skill level. The second one, with the tour, is to make sure the work environment suits you.

Entretien
The interview went great with Human Resoures . But not with warehouse management ,they did not want to hire me was to old . Once trained I was faster then the others on the floor and management did not like it .
