I made it to the final round of the hiring process but ultimately wasn't selected for the role. The journey was quite extensive, involving several rounds of interviews, including in-person meetings. It was a thorough process, and while it was disappointing not to receive an offer, it was a valuable experience. I had the opportunity to showcase my skills and learn more about the company's culture.

they make you come up with a month marketing campaign with no feedback. little direction and seems like a good way to generate ideas. Annoyed. email but no follow up.

The hiring manager reached out directly and interviewed me for the first round interview, there was no HR screening. I did not proceed to the next round. I was told there is 2 more interviews if I was successful.
