phone interview took place first where the call lasted for about 30 to 45 min. Asking my prior experience which I didn't understand because i had listed all my prior experience on my resume i submitted. After that line questioning, they followed up with asking me my goals in the next few years and how my relatives and friends believe I carry myself.
