short , straight forward that is easy to move on to next stage. It needs to be more HR structured process which can make interview more professional. One phone call, two one o one

Question 1
How you get organized?
Why commercial kitchen industry?
overall easy process , in person interviews, 2 round and an online assessment (test), that took 3 weeks , not too complicated, casual one o one interviews and generic questions , interviews are done by upper management, no hr stages which makes interviews a little bit unprofessional

They do a screening call, followed by an hour-long virtual interview, an hour-long unpaid personality assessment, and finally a conversation with the CEO who talked at me for thirty minutes without asking any questions. I was given verbal confirmation I would be receiving an offer letter, which kept being delayed, it took a month from when I was given verbal confirmation to finally receive my employment agreement and offer which was lower than what we agreed upon originally. The role had also changed from what was originally discussed [2 direct reports instead of one, and additional responsibilities beyond the initial R&R] so I very politely proposed a counter. They took 5 days to respond to my counter, and when they did, they rescinded, saying they just couldn't align internally on what the role should be. They wasted 5 weeks of my time, made me an offer, only to THEN realize they hadn't communicated with each other to actually define what they were hiring for. Huge red flag and would avoid!
