The interview process was easy. Recruiters are usually nice and they want to know you better and explain the roles. They are checking if you are condifident or not at first. Afterwards, they give me some test to do in real time. You need reply to an email or a chat for example while on the video interview. The interviewer will roleplay as a customer and you need to handle the query. They are not looking for a correct reply but they are checking, how nicely you handle the customer. Other than that, they may ask about your background experience to get to know you better. However, the process is easy, nothing to worry about if you know the job you are going to do.
