Got a call for an interview with the head of people operations. Phone interview was about 15 minutes, went well. They followed up with me asking me to complete a personality test. I sent my results back an hour later and have not received a reply. I’ve followed up with my point of contact twice since; once 2 weeks after the interview, and then another 2 weeks after my first email. I have not received any kind of response, which I find extremely unprofessional and rude.
