My interview was Over the phone, very unprofessional and was offered the position over the phone. I could tell this wouldn’t be a good fit merely from the interview process.

Currently due to Covid the interview process is all remote. After applying online, the hiring manager called me to set up a time for a proper phone interview. The time of the interview she called again and asked me about 5-7 standard interview questions.
