I applied online. The process took 1 day. I received a phone call from the Hiring Manager in June 2018. In about 40 minutes she went over resume and skills and asked about challenges about working there.

The initially contacted me over the phone. Really strange because I have been used to emails from most of the other organizations I've had interviews for. They ask for your availability, to supply a writing sample, and to be prepared for a proofreading exercise.

I did not even get to the actual interview. I was actually denied an interview after having failed the proofreading exercise on site.
