Interview process consisted of an example health survey and was asked to write out a chain of text messages (3 each) between the health coach and a client. The interview process was a poor demonstration of accurately depicting a real case scenario because the interviewee was asked to answer for the client. So the interviewer of Found was looking for a specific answers to encourage the pretend client in a self-written scenario. The interview process should have been the interviewer answering for the client, not the interviewee creating a text message chain answering for the client.

The interview process was a series of several steps. First, you held an interview with the team lead & then you had to complete an activity/task related to the role followed by 3 interviews. Also, you had to self-schedule your interviews.
