Met with principals to discuss a few of their projects and a few of mine. Lead me on for a few weeks dragging out the process. Asked me “if we offered X dollars would you accept” and I said I had been hoping for a bit more but would consider the full package, never received formal offer.

Just asked to talk about my portfolio. Interview was ok, done with two senior partners. Overall it took about 30-40 mins. They've asked about salary expectations and starting date. Friendly and relaxed.

Straightforward and a good chat. Went through previous experience and the project that I would potentially be working on. They were easy to talk to, listened to everything I said, and didn’t seem intimidating
