The interview process is reasonable and straight forward. You need to know what Fossil is doing and do your best to share your retail experiences with them when they asked you.
Had to fill out a application that asked for references, experience, hours, pay. About a week later they called me and offered me a interview then another week after got a call again to come in for a mini interview and the job was presented to me.

Was very chill, nothing intimidating. First interview was very casual and then with the head manager. Asked straight forward questions, nothing tricky. Felt like a conversation. Even with the head manager, it was just as straightforward, despite the fact that he asked me to come in early in the morning.
