I dropped off and application at the front desk and they called me within a few days. The interview itself was pretty standard, asking questions I have heard from other interviews, but they were more personable than most so that made it easier to relax. After the 1st interview they have an in-water screening of how you interact with kids. And they call after that.

The interviewer seemed incredibly new and had only had the job since April and I assume that this was their first job as they only kept to a script and never answered any of my questions but only talked back at me as if the reading a script. Of all the interviews I have ever done this was by far the most painful and least productive as the interviewer only seemed to be able to comprehend the questions put in front of them and was not able to deviate from the script that they were given.
