Initial phone call with Recruiter. Came into the office for first in person interview with HR. Second interview over the phone with underwriting director to go through a case study. Final interview in office with Underwriting Director, Director of Operations, and CEO. Initial interview with HR seemed very focus on beginning of career and college time frame. Had been in thew work force for 4+ years prior to interviewing.
