Online numerical tests then quick feedback on results. Then a phone interview, about 20m long about motivations. Quickly heard decision, just had to wait for an AC date. AC was really good, small group but clear that assessors just want to see you at your best. Group exercise, f2f interview, 30m numerical tests and presentation. Really good experience.

Very simple, laid back strengths based interview. This was a first round interview held on Microsoft Teams. As this was first round, the main objective was to gain an understanding of my motivations for applying, as well as my background throughout university and experiences.

I worked 8 years for last company. He asked me during two years working in my last company…
He hold my resume on hand and did not read it and respect my time.

Fairly straightforward, competency based questions were asked and some questions about why I applied to the graduate scheme. A lot of follow up questions from the telephone interview as well.
