I received a phone call from a recruiter saying that I would be a good fit because of my fraternity background. I went in to interview and I must commend their professionalism. I felt like everyone there was a former college athlete, so if you did not play college athletics, you might feel out of place. It didn't work out for me but I would recommend them!

Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.

The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
