The hiring process was very simple. I had a phone conversation with the recruiter and then with the account executive who works with their end client (my current employer). We then met in person for coffee, and they got me setup with an interview. I received an offer the following afternoon and started a week and a half later.

Entretien
I was contacted first by one of the main staff for an initial interview when he saw my resume. After about a 20 minute phone call I was told I would be contacted by his manager same day or next. The manager contacted me that afternoon if I remember correctly and asked me more about my experience and what I was looking for.
