I had the first call with the recruiter on Thursday June 30th. She mentioned that in the next 30 minutes after our call she will send some details of the assignment that I needed to do next, that did not happen. I sent her an email on Friday to ask for the information she promised and she did not reply. After a week, I emailed her again to let her know that I was assuming the process was off because I did not hear anything from her. This is great!: she finally replies saying that she was on holidays for the 4th of July! Hahaha it’s incredible how unethical that answer is, I’m guessing I needed to excuse her lack of communication because she was celebrating! Good for her! To be a technical company they are seriously lacking in automatic email response as the very least. Very sad and disappointed about this company and specially the talent acquisition team. I won’t recommend anyone to work with Fortis.
