Applied for QA position. There were 2 screen phone interviews where we discussed my skills,company's requirements and our goals. After the screen phone interview was called to the on site interview with 4 people. Got the technical quiz for 45 min. Most questions were about Linux, protocols, RAIDs, networking and packets analyzing. Then proceed with 4 guys question-answer interview. Nobody asked about my experience, nobody introduced themselves, a word was not said about the company and the position. During the interview I understood that there was no any single question related to QA and testing and at the end of 1.5 hour session I realized that these guys were interviewing me for SysAdmin position. Seriously? They felt uncomfortable since all these guys were system administrators and had no idea that I came for QA position interview. I e-mailed back to the coordinator of my interview (HR), explained him a situation, but did not get any reply. Huge disappointment!
