The interview with the higher up staff members were more get-to-know you, but the one with the CEO was strange. It focused on high school for whatever reason. As for the assessment and test? The assessment is the usual personality test stuff - nothing groundbreaking there. The test was more along the lines of regurgitating Google's song and dance and then writing ad copy for a site with very little written content to work with.
