Word-of-mouth type application for newly advertised position. Seemed like a company with strong vision and mission. Online Teams interview in March and heard nothing since (it is June now). To me this indicates an unorganised, inefficient company, and if they don't value potential employees, I do not expect them to value current employees. Overall disappointing experience from a company I expected more off
