3rd party recruiter reached out and put me in contact with the company. Had a technical video interview where the interviewer didn't even show up to the meeting. Had to reach out to HR contacts to get the interview rescheduled to later the same day. Scheduled on-site interviews shortly after. Got a tour of the facilities with a VP, then sat down in a conference room to go through some of my high level questions. Then had an interview with a PM and Head of Engineering. Then an interview with software engineers. Got a decision back a little over a week later that they thought I was an excellent technical fit, but wanted to proceed with other candidates.
