3 in-person interviews, presentation, role play with various sales leaders from different sales departments. I was an internal candidate in the Cambridge location. Pretty straight forward interview, standard questions. Role play was a business alignment presentation were they gave me a scenario and I had to creatively align forresters expertise.

Was a 3 step process, having to go through recruitment then on to manager and finally a presentation of their Age of the Customer approach. Was a bit dated, considering the Age of the Customer impact took place 10 years prior.

Very thorough compared to other companies were I have worked. There were more than 10 phone conversations with managers and employees and also 4 in-person interviews. Also prepared a presentation which I gave to 7 people based on prior sales experience.
