Horrible!
When asked about conflict in workplace, I gave real example and how it was resolved.
It was then used against me. I received negative feedback accusing me of being 'unprofessional' as they claim I was speaking negatively about a former employer, but conflict in the workplace is a negative situation.
Here is what is unprofessional:
- Leaving a candidate sitting 20+ minutes in reception without checking if they are ok or offering water/tea/coffee. After making the effort to travel to Park West and be on time. Incredibly bad mannered.
- Complaining that they weren't selected by your former employer for funding. Totally unprofessional.
The first red flag was the recruiter saying that they had done 2 rounds of interviews and hadn't found anyone, in other words, they are too hard to please.
Best advice...avoid!
