I was asked to do two design question within 30 minutes. One was about designing traffic light, the other was to design automatic chessboard motor. After that I was asked to answer some minor questions.

the process is quite good, quite fast. you can ask many questions to the recruiter before or during interview process. if you are considered not pass the interview, then the relationship become not nice.

Got a very quick response after application (within 1 day), they asked me if I was available the next day and confirm the time for interview. The interview took almost 2 hours, the staff was very professional. There was a written test of 45mins, after written test they asked me to explain the answers.
