Ok, the interviewer focused on my projects. After the interview with the hiring manager, you get a take-home assignment on SLA printing average difficulty. Requires some thinking if you're not familiar with SLA printing. After that it's one more final round.

There are three levels of interviews, this was level one where I spoke to someone from HR. It was fast paced with very little small talk, asked tailored questions to my resume and very specific about the role.
