HR contacted me quickly after I first submitted my application to schedule an hr screening. After that screening three interviews were quickly scheduled. All were fine except the third interviewer who didn’t show up so the interview had to be rescheduled, which wasn’t a problem for me. What I took issue with was the lack of communication from anyone at the company following the interview. I emailed eight days after my last interview for an update and was told I’d get one shortly. I heard nothing so I emailed again a week later and was again told I’d hear in the next few days. I emailed for the third time three weeks following my final interview and received a response that I hadn’t gotten the position. There was no proactive action taken by this company during the process and I had to reach out three times before getting an informative response, which is highly disrespectful to applicants.
