The interview process at this company was well-organized and efficient, consisting of three distinct steps. First, I had a meeting with a member of the recruitment team, who provided me with an overview of the company and the role I was interviewing for. Next, I was asked to present a case study to demonstrate my practical experience and skills. This was followed by an interview with a Senior Business Analyst from Form3, who thoroughly evaluated my case study and asked me a number of insightful and challenging questions. Finally, I met with the Product Managers, who were interested in learning more about my previous experiences and the processes I have implemented in the past. Throughout the entire interview process, I found the atmosphere to be friendly and relaxed, and I appreciated the fact that the interview times were scheduled in advance and aligned with my availability. Overall, I was very impressed with the interview process and the professionalism of the team. I would highly recommend this company as a mature Fintech startup with a strong focus on talent development and growth. I received an offer from the company but unfortunately had to decline it due to personal circumstances and limited time to start the work. I hope that I will have the opportunity in the future to try again and join this dynamic and exciting company.

A 4 stage interview was scheduled with HR, a BA for going through the case study , 2 Senior BA's & the CPO. The interviews were scheduled at convenient timings and I received feedback within a couple of days after each stage. The interviews were mostly to understand the case study I presented also my approach in various situations.
