Unfortunately a negative experience that echoes the other interview reviews. The first stage was a causal, very friendly interview that was mainly going through motivations for digital design field, you as a person, etc. I thought the interviewees were super friendly and easy to talk to which was great. Second stage was then an in-person design task followed by an interview. As it was mid-week and during the day, I did have to take a day off my current job so it felt that they should have provided some options for flexibility on this. The actual design task wasn’t a live project which was a plus and the interview that followed was, again, casual and more focused on discussing the task and skills/experience. Unfortunately since that second stage it has been radio silence despite many follow ups so it’s a shame to have invested time, online and in-person for a ghosting. While it can be assumed that I haven’t got the role, feedback on the design task or interview would clearly be beneficial to any candidate for their future job search. It’s a shame that companies are still doing this to candidates and pretty much wasting their time.
