Conversational interview. Very laid back and allowed for descriptions about yourself and your style of management. Questions were easy to answer. Overall a positive interview experience. Other positions required group panels.

Easy only a few questions they would ask you what fast fashion is and if you can multitask. They want to get to know you as a person and hire you based on your personality.
Casual and Quick. Forever 21 asked common retail interview questions such as: What’s your biggest strength or weakness? Please give me an example of how you handled a conflict in a workplace setting? How do you work in a team setting? How do you respond to instruction and working on your own?
